I know, I know... rules are too long, annoying, they are made to be broken... well, not exactly! Anyway, you have to read them, understand them and obey them! If you break them, you will be warned, banned or deleted, depending on the seriousness of the crime.
Registration
- First and foremost you have to be over 13 to be allowed to join!
- All members must read the rules before creating an account! Rules are here for a reason and you must obey them!
- Having read the rules and other important stuff (plot, character list etc) and having completed the registration process, please change your display name to your character's name in correct capitalization!
- Spare us all the trouble and don't create an account if you aren't planning to make a character and be an active member of the site.
- Our Adverts/Affiliate board is guest friendly. Therefore, there is no need to create an account in order to advertise your site.
Character
- We accept both canon and original characters! Their number isn't limited, which means that you can create as many characters as you want, as long as you can keep them all active! You must have a separate account for each character!
- The application form should be filled in carefully! If you don't use the code provided, your application will be ignored! Please, don't change anything!
- You have 10 days to finish the application! If you fail to do so, it will be rejected. However, feel free to re-apply for the character any time you want!
- Nobody is perfect! Your characters must be believable persons with flaws and weaknesses! Make sure that there is something special that makes your character unique!
- Your character has to be played by a real celebrity, no animes, Emos and scene models!
- Please keep your canon characters in character!
Roleplaying
- All levels of replaying experience are accepted, as long as you can create a decent post and match the length of posts of the person your rp-ing with. (The first part of the password for application is: 'Rincewind's') There is not a word count, but one liners are strictly forbidden!
- When it comes to literacy, the Spell Check button is here for a reason - so please use it! Please use the correct grammar and spelling!
- Always write in third person, past tense and don't use slang language!
- Use quotation marks (" ") when your character is speaking and Italic for thoughts.
- Godmodding is forbidden! You are not allowed to play other people's characters, kill them or physically hurt them without the player's permission.
- Please keep out-of-character (OOC) posts in OOC boards and the C-Box. If you really feel the need to put an OOC comment in your IC post, put it in parentheses and place it at the bottom or at the top of the post.
Additional Information
- The boards is rated PG-13, which means that mature content is strictly forbidden! Violence and swearing must be kept at a polite minimum! If you intend to incorporate particularly violent or sexually explicit scenes, have your thread fade to black!
- Be kind to other members and staff members and respect them! The site was created for entertainment purposes and we are all here to relax and have fun!
- As we've said before, respect everyone, because we are all entitled to our own opinion and beliefs. So, please, refrain from discussing politics, religion, sexual orientation on the board.
- Religion and gods, politics and sexuality are supposed to be comical and ironic, because this is a different world, a parody of our contemporary world. Don't take things too serious, we are here to have fun!
- If you have an issue with a member or a character, contact a staff member for assistance!
- If you have any other questions or suggestions, feel free to pm the staff or post in the adequate board! (...the second is 'Luggage')
- Last, but not the least, do not steal materials from our board! If you do so, you will be hung upside down over a scorpion pit! I mean it! Seriously!
