Personality:
Delphine Angua von Überwald is an intelligent, observant young woman who is quick to learn and does her best to understand how/why things are the way they are. She is an extremely practical and level-headed person (in most cases) who finds herself intrigued by those who possess both unfaltering charisma and high moral fiber (i.e. Carrot). Though some might see her heightened senses and animal insticts as a positive thing, Angua is constantly on guard against those instincts. There was a REASON she left home. In fact, Sergeant Angua strives to be strictly vegetarian while in her human form and she insists upon paying for any chickens or other creatures she eats as a wolf. Who'd ever heard of an animal doing that?! Angua likes to fancy that she is a perfect mix between her Commander's cynicism and Captain Carrot's constantly caring naïveté. Unfortunately, not all mixes are good, though. The mix between a human form and a wolf form produces dog-like characteristics, and this is also something she struggles to control. It's not that she dislikes the loyalty, or having a name for that matter, but being someone's "good doggie" is completely out of the question!

Scarlett Johansson
Physical Appearance:
Angua has a very proud and regal appearance; both human and wolf. In her human form, she has a pale complexion and blonde hair that she usually lets grow out to at least her shoulders. Her eyes, though not really credited to either of her parents, are basic blue in color. When paired with her soft, pink lips, her eyes tend to give Angua a very friendly and approachable appearance. Angua is the average height and weight for a young woman of her age. Like her mother, she has a fairly curvacious figure...but she chooses to overlook this and consider herself muscular. As a wolf, the size, shape and golden fur of Angua's form fully indicates a very strong wolf though most believe her to simply be a beautiful, purebreed dog.

History:
Born a daughter of a Baron and Baroness of Überwald, Delphine Angua von Überwald grew up as any young werewolf in the pack. One day, however, she just snapped and chose to run away from home. Perhaps it was the exposure to her brother Wolfgang's extreme prejudice and violence that finally caused young Angua to rebel against the traditional werewolf lifestyle of her family. No matter the case, she moved to Ankh-Morpork and took up residence with an eccentric and psychic, yet incredibly accepting, woman named Evadne Cake. It was at this point that she (under Lord Vetinari's "special hiring procedures") became a proud member of the Night Watch. After a series of rather interesting events, Angua developed a fondness for Corporal Carrot Ironfondersson...who ultimately became Captain of the City Watch.

From another site I've RPed on[/size]Nestling into one of the leather-bound chairs nearest the fire, a warmly dressed teen-aged girl pulled her legs further up into the seat to get comfortable. Resting in between two sets of long, white fingers was a hand-sewn bound book with heavy, ornate metal work on the cover. On the table beside her, there was a stack of other magical books. The title, stitched in gold thread, of her current read was 'Iyt Gryet Teymple hyte Tsort, Y Hiystory Myistical'. The other grimoires had names like 'Book of Shadows', 'Liber Paginarum Fulvarum', 'Magical Treatise of Talismans' and 'Whither Geomancy?'; and most of them teetered on the line between banned literature and allowable materials in her home. One of them belonged to the school, in fact, and had interestingly been borrowed from the the library earlier that morning.
With a sinister smirk playing on her lips, Eris let her eyes continue to move from line to line of the curvy and ancient writing. The symbols were not her native language but she'd always done well with runes so this particular book proved to be a rather easy read. The green flames in the hearth danced and crackled as she sat in complete silence with her many dark volumes. This was the ideal way for Miss Gibbon to spend her afternoon. She'd always adored the company of a good book but that was hardly grounds for others to call her things like "nerd" or "bookworm". Eris was, by no means, a nerdy bookworm. With knowledge came power and she, like many before her, had a strong thirst for power and the glory that came with it.
The foreign and ancient words gazed back at her, as if reading the girl behind the blue eyes, while she mentally translated and absorbed the book's knowledge. "Intriguing," murmured Eris quietly to herself. Tomes like these always left her with the feeling that each word held a sort of magical power in its own right. It was like the powerful, dark books absorbed information from its readers and grew more supremacy with every passing year. Oh the things she could do with these kinds of reading materials! Her smirk stretched as those bright blue eyes of hers paused on one set of images in particular. Softly, the eager female whispered, "This is it. This is what he was talking about." Shifting in the chair, she straightened up and rested her book atop her knees. This was going to make life so much easier, she thought to herself rather joyously.
